1. Site owner

2. Purpose

Propósito Solar offers free natal chart calculation and the sale of astrological services, including interpreted natal charts, solar returns, synastry and live astrological consultations.

3. Nature of astrological services

Astrology is offered as a tool for self-knowledge and reflection. It is not a scientific discipline and cannot predict events with certainty.

The services do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Any decision the User makes based on them is their sole responsibility.

4. Eligibility and user account

Users must be 18 or older to purchase services. Charts for minors may only be requested by their parent or legal guardian.

Sign-in is done with a Google account. The User agrees to provide accurate information and to keep access to their Google account secure, and is responsible for activity carried out from their account.

If the User adds other people's birth data, they confirm they have those people's permission or are their legal guardian.

5. Free natal chart calculation

Charts are calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris library. Accuracy depends on the data entered, especially the time and place of birth. The free service is provided as is, with no guarantee of permanent availability.

6. Interpretations and use of artificial intelligence

Interpretations are written by our astrologer. To speed up the work, some drafts may be generated with artificial intelligence tools trained on her own texts. Every paid report is reviewed and approved by a person before delivery.

7. Prices and payment methods

Prices are shown in Argentine pesos for purchases made from Argentina and in US dollars for purchases made from any other country. The country is determined automatically from the connection the purchase is made from. Prices include any applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time without affecting confirmed purchases.

Purchases from Argentina are paid with Mercado Pago through a QR code generated for the exact purchase amount; purchases from abroad are paid with PayPal. Propósito Solar does not store card details: each payment provider processes them directly. The corresponding tax invoice will be issued.

8. Delivery of services

• Written reports: delivered to the User's account and/or by email within the time stated in each service description.
• Express Report: delivered to the User's account within 24 to 48 business hours after the payment is confirmed. The term runs on Argentine business days (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays); if the payment is confirmed outside those hours, it runs from the start of the next business day. Slots depend on daily capacity; if a day is full, the next available business day is assigned, and the committed delivery date is shown in the User's account once the payment is confirmed.
• Live sessions (natal chart, solar return, consultation and synastry): they last 90 minutes and take place in person or by video call (Zoom), according to the modality chosen when booking.
• If the User misses a session without prior notice, the session may be considered delivered, unless there is a justified reason.
• After each session, the specialist leaves in the User's account a written summary of what was worked on and the topics to follow up, together with the chart for the service (the natal chart; for the solar return, also the solar return chart for the year; for synastry, both charts). The summary remains available while the account exists and is included in the data download.

8 bis. Session booking, payment and rescheduling

• Booking takes two steps: first the User fills in the form and pays for the session; only once the payment is confirmed can the User choose a time slot among the available ones. Payment is taken before the slot is chosen.
• Until the User chooses a slot, the booking remains pending in their account. Times are shown in the User's time zone and confirmed by email.
• Rescheduling: the User may ask to change the slot by writing at least 48 (forty-eight) hours before the booked time. Requests with less notice are subject to availability and the session may be considered delivered, unless there is a justified reason.
• If, due to force majeure, Propósito Solar cannot hold the session, a new slot will be offered or, if the User prefers, a full refund through the same payment method.
• The above does not limit the right of withdrawal set out in section 9.

9. Right of withdrawal (cancellation button)

The User may withdraw from the purchase within 10 (ten) calendar days of the contract or of delivery of the service, whichever is later, at no cost and without liability (art. 34, Argentine Law 24,240 and art. 1110, Civil and Commercial Code).

Requests are made through the cancellation button shown on every page. On submission, the User receives a reference code. Refunds are made using the same payment method.

The exceptions in art. 1116 of the Civil and Commercial Code apply where relevant. Any doubt will be resolved in the consumer's favour.

10. Reminders and loyalty programme

Propósito Solar may send reminders before the User's annual solar return, with perks or discounts for returning customers. The User can opt out at any time.

Loyalty points and perks have no cash value, are personal and non-transferable, and are governed by the rules published on the site. Any change will be announced at least 30 days in advance, respecting perks already earned.

11. Intellectual property

Texts, interpretations, images, the Propósito Solar brand and other site content belong to their owner or licensors. Reports are for the User's personal use and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes.

The site's software source code is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0) and is available at [URL DEL REPOSITORIO PÚBLICO]. That licence covers the software, not the content or user data.

12. Acceptable use

The site may not be used for unlawful purposes, accessed by automated means to extract information in bulk, or used to attempt to breach its security or disrupt its operation.

13. Liability

Propósito Solar makes its best efforts to keep the site running continuously and securely but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to the User by Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240.

14. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page with its update date. Changes do not affect earlier purchases.

15. Governing law, jurisdiction and complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For consumer relationships, the courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction (art. 36, Law 24,240).
